We are looking for a Customer Success Specialist to work with and serve the customers across all places where they touch the business.
A champion for customers, you are a relationship manager who expands customer accounts, increases customer retention, solves customer issues, and drives customer satisfaction. You will be proactively assisting your customers, anticipating what they need, being their voice within the business, training them on new features, and more.
This role is the heart of our business to our customers - it is a high-impact role!
